Haider Ali Alhaidary

Haider Ali Alhaidary is an assistant attorney at HAY LAW and works primarily with tax and commercial law matters.

He was previously part of the tax department at TVC Advokatfirma and has also worked at Punct Advokater with, among other things, damages cases and cases concerning management liability. Most recently, Haider comes from a position at the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet), where he worked closely with the regulation of the financial sector.

This combination of experience gives Haider a particular understanding of cases where tax law meets financial matters. This applies, for example, to tax cases concerning cryptocurrency, investments, securities and other financial products, where a precise understanding of the transactions, the regulation and the tax consequences is often decisive.
