Hussain Ali Alhaidary
Hussain Ali Alhaidary is an attorney-at-law and the founder of HAY LAW. He specialises in tax law, tax cases, tax procedure and criminal tax cases, and conducts litigation before the courts.
Before founding HAY LAW, Hussain Ali Alhaidary was a partner at TVC Advokatfirma and Loeven Advokatfirma.
He has extensive experience representing both private individuals and businesses in complex tax and duties cases before the tax authorities, the Tax Appeals Agency, the National Tax Tribunal and the courts.
Hussain takes an analytical, legal and fact-based approach to his cases, with focused attention to the facts, documentation and evidence that may be decisive to the outcome.
He also assists in criminal tax and financial-crime cases. In addition to his practical experience conducting tax cases, Hussain is an external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen.
Hussain advises in Danish, English and Arabic and places emphasis on close client contact, clear recommendations and a clear strategy throughout the matter.
In many tax cases the real dispute lies not in interpreting the tax legislation, but in establishing the facts of the case.
